Context

Huggies is a child company of the Kimberly-Clark (KC) and founded in 1978. Huggies is a brand of diapers, wipes, and other baby care products. They also educate upcoming parents and the ongoing parents about the baby health care. Digital platform that offers content and tips for future parents. โ€˜Mais Abraรงos', cater support network for dads and moms at all stages of their incredible journey, and also make it more practical for them to organize the baby shower and do the basic shopping for the care of their children.

Problem Statement

New and expecting parents face a steep learning curve and a sense of isolation as they navigate the complexities of childcare. Existing digital solutions often provide generic content and high-friction shopping experiences that don't account for the changing needs of a growing family. This lack of a predictive, supportive environment leads to 'decision fatigue' and a disconnected relationship with essential parenting brands.
